A decadent caramel body follows notes of nuttiness and a bite of citrus, in this lot from the largest specimen of coffee beans grown in the hills of Nueva Segovia.

Flavors The sweetness of the Maracaturra varietal is elevated, along with a citrus bite, and a marzipan finish.

Producer This is our second year sourcing from the Buenos Aires Co-Op.

Roasted for Filter & Espresso

Both roasts of this coffee are pleasantly light and have been delicately roasted to highlight the Maracaturrra's flavors in both espresso and milk drinks.

The Scandinavian Roast is lighter and accentuates a cool marzipan sweetness and bright orange citrus notes.

The Espresso Roast is a touch darker and accentuates full notes of nougat and assam tea with a citrus bite.
