Bond Coffee is roasted in Traverse City, Michigan. Through travels across the country and abroad, I’ve developed an obsession with tasting and collecting remarkable coffees from top roasters and cafés around the world.
Bringing great coffee into my home became a ritual. I began to chase the flavors I loved most. I took notes on origins, varietals, times of harvest. When I began roasting myself, I sought out the same exceptional varietals and origins that first inspired me — greens sourced from the very same regions and roasteries I adore.
My mission is to bring what I’ve loved in those coffees and share that same excellence with you.
Packaging
Our packaging is 100% natural, biodegradable, and compostable. The kraft bag and label are fully biodegradable, joined with a plant-based, food-grade PLA adhesive. The bags are lined with a metalized plant-based PLA for freshness. The shipping boxes are biodegradable kraft. Even the one-way valve is made from a bamboo-composite PLA, and all inks used are biodegradable or heat-transferred to minimize waste.
Shipping & Enjoyment
Our coffee is roasted to order, ensuring you receive it as fresh as possible. Great coffee develops best with time, and we recommend letting it rest for up to four weeks after the roast date, especially for our lighter roasts.
You’re welcome to enjoy it sooner, around two weeks post the "roasted date" — but you’ll find the flavor notes deepen beautifully as the coffee matures. Once opened, we suggest enjoying it within one to two months for the fullest expression of flavor.
